 Apartment for 2/4 people (very suitable for a family/group of 4 or for 2-3 adults; not recommended for 2 adult couples, it may result a bit small and with not enough privacy) composed of: first floor- large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, Air conditioning; second floor:- kitchen-living-room with sofa-bed double (bed with wooden slats), panoramic terrace.

 New construction with thermic insulation, air conditioning, fine finitures, new furnitures, TV-sat. Very quiet position, panorama views.
 KITCHEN FACILITIES: 2 fires stove, fridge, wash-tub, microwaves owen.
 WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: down 5/6 minutes; up 10/12 minutes.

WEEKLY RATE season 2010 for apartment 1 (7 nights Sunday to Sunday*) for 2 people; extra people + Eur 150.00/week; children under 5 years free. The price is inclusive of linen, kitchenware and one set of towels per person (+ one towels change midweek upon request.)

N.B: Discounts avaialble for weekly stays booked online and with cash payment!!!

 Daily rate (minimum 2 nights, not always appliable, depends on seasons and availability):

• HS: eur 120.00/night.( + eur 20.00 each person beyond 2)
• MS: eur 95.00/night   ( + eur 15.00 each person beyond 2)
• LS: eur 70.00/night    ( + eur 10.00 each person beyond 2)
